Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo who is famous for his predictions about the Apple products stated that the latest iPhone i.e the iPhone 12 won’t include charger or EarPods. As Apple also wants to increase the sales of Apple’s wireless AirPods.
There are rumours about the charging adapter won’t be included in the box as the Apple intended that this can be a cost-saving measure.
Kuo is also said that Apple’s decision to ditch these accessories has something to do with helping the environment, with smaller packaging of the upcoming iPhones. Also, the recent iPhone’s cost of production will be slightly higher as the iPhone 12 will be supporting 5g Network.
Ming-Chi Kuo also stated there will be almost no ports on iPhone 12. As the 3.5mm headphone jack was removed by apple to make more space inside the phone and more convenient, after iPhone 6s none of the iPhones had 3.5mm headphone jack. And now the rumours about no ports on the phone are shocking for the low budget IOS lovers.
Barclays still hope Apple to include a Lightning to USB-C cable in the box as the only accessory included with iPhone 12 models. However, a 12W charger will continue to be included with iPads.
Apple is also working on a 20W fast USB TYPE C adapter to replace the existing 18W and 5W chargers.
And the 20W charger can be purchased separately.
